Come join us as we bring back a familiar face to the UConn community. UConn Alum and former UConn MSA President, Ammar AlShukry will be on campus to come speak about creating the balance between college and Islamic life. This is a great opportunity to learn about how Islam should play a part in our daily lives on campus. Come and network with many other Muslims on campus also. We encourage you to bring your friends muslims and non-muslims alike.
Ammar AlShukry is a poet and activist from Queens, New York City.
